  • We stayed here overnight travelling from Invercargill to Christchurch. Very modern, comfortable, clean room. Photos on here are nothing like the room we stayed at. I think they must be pretty old photos. Well equipped with lovely spa bath. Shower pressure was a bit low but otherwise great place to stay.

  • Here for 4 nights. Very close to town. Ideal for us as family close by. Nice spa bath. The little cupboard above microwave is a strong spring so if you s bit weak in the arms it will be a fright. I give this place a 10/10.

  • Stayed two nights. Large clean modern ground floor room. Easy walk to restaurants and Carolina bay. There is a busy main road in the front of the motel but it is relatively quiet. I was made to feel welcome by staff and he was extremely helpful answering my questions. I will definitely be staying here again.

  • At 9pm on a Friday evening this was the only motel still showing a vacancy to be able to drop in to. The others were by no means full - hosts had decided to close. The property is situated handy to the town centre, on the main road in but tucked just back enough to be quiet. We were impressed by the size of our room, and kitchen facilities, the bathroom appeared to have been recently upgraded nicely and we had a balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee. There was plenty of parking. The room rate was reasonable. Having now stayed here I would forward book to stay again.

  • Good location nice views of Caroline bay,nice clean room good facilities, very good bathroom,helpful staff,kitchen adequate, with in walking distance to restraunts and bars A little noisy about 5 am but not too bad as it is on the main road.
